What fat?

It is my goal at present to LOSE 50 pounds!!! How do you do that?!?!? Seems virtually impossible. I guess this is when self-control would be a WONDERFUL gift to posess.  Just moments ago I finished eating a DELICIOUS brownie with chocolate frosting on it. *LOL*... and THAT is why i've gained so much weight and haven't lost much. The minimal exercise that is being done is completely outweighed by my love of chocolate. BUT I am determined and WILL do this even though the most fattening time of year is upon me. PRAY FOR ME! =)
